These terms govern use of the store and retail purchases together with the policies linked through the footer. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Products and selection
Review the description, selected size and color, garment measurements, materials, fit information and care instructions before ordering. Use the measurements for the particular garment; a size label alone does not establish fit.
Consider the stated cut, intended layering and fabric characteristics. Ask us about a missing detail before purchasing rather than assuming that photographs or a previous purchase establish the same fit, material or performance.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use an authorized payment method. You must have legal capacity to purchase or the necessary authorization. Order acknowledgment does not mean dispatch.
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows goods, applicable discounts, shipping and any tax collected before payment. Use the methods actually displayed there. Your provider may apply its own charges.
If availability or a material listing error affects an order, we explain available correction or cancellation and refund options. We do not substitute materially different goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Processing and delivery
Orders dispatch from the United States to eligible United States addresses.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation, before carrier handoff.
Fast Shipping costs USD $3.99, with estimated transit of 5–8 business days after dispatch and a total estimate of 6–11 business days including processing.
Free Shipping costs USD $0, with estimated transit of 7–15 business days after dispatch and a total estimate of 8–18 business days including processing.
Business days for these estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Tracking activation is not an additional period added to delivery.

Cancellation and returns
For new orders under the current policy, submit a convenience cancellation request within 15 minutes after ordering. We assess request receipt time and fulfillment status; submission is not confirmation. A delayed reply does not make a timely request late.
Later requests are assisted where possible. Address corrections are separate. A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full, including shipping paid. We initiate accepted cancellation refunds promptly; provider posting is separate.
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send an authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving complete instructions and any necessary label or arrangements.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual direct return postage to the designated address, including international postage when the stated return country is outside the United States. We bear appropriate return postage for defective, damaged or incorrect goods or our error. No restocking fee or separate return-processing fee applies. The Return and Refund Policy gives complete condition requirements and instructions.
After receipt, inspection and approval, we initiate an eligible return refund within 1–3 business days after approval. Providers commonly need an additional estimated 3–5 business days, but timing varies and can be longer. Mandatory deadlines take priority.
For an ordinary return, the original USD $3.99 Fast Shipping charge is not refunded after the service has been provided unless law requires otherwise. Free Shipping orders are not charged a notional outbound shipping cost when refunded.

Privacy and lawful use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with security or misuse others' information.
Shopify hosts the store and processes information when visitors browse and purchase.
When Shopify Enhanced Services are used, Shopify processes information from your interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to provide, protect and improve those services, including personalization and advertising where enabled and permitted. Information is shared with Shopify and other providers, which may be located in other countries. Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy explains its own processing and your available choices.

Rights and updates
Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory remedies remain separate from a commercial return offer or manufacturer warranty.
Updated terms apply prospectively without reducing rights or more favorable commitments attached to existing orders.
