Size Chart

Use the individual product's sizing

Read the size chart, garment measurements, fit description and material information for the particular item. Size labels can vary between products. Do not assume that a letter or number gives the same fit across every garment or brand. This guide explains how to compare information; it does not create a universal numerical size chart.

Body measurements and garment measurements

A body measurement describes your body, while a garment measurement describes the clothing itself. Confirm which type the product page uses. For body measurements, use a flexible tape without pulling it tightly or changing your usual posture. For garment measurements, lay a comparable item that fits well on a flat surface, fasten it as directed and measure without stretching.

A flat width and a full circumference are different values. Follow the chart's method and units rather than treating them as interchangeable. If a diagram or measurement point is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Tops, shirts and outer layers

Depending on the item, relevant measurements may include chest, shoulder width, sleeve length and body length. Compare the stated cut and consider how you intend to wear the garment. A fitted shirt and an outer layer intended for layering can need different amounts of room even when their size labels match.

Check where the product measures sleeve length and body length. Do not assume that every chart starts at the same seam or uses the same reference point.

Trousers and shorts

Relevant measurements may include waist, seat, rise, thigh, inseam and total length. Compare only the measurements defined for the item. Check whether the waist description refers to a relaxed waistband, an adjustment range or a body measurement. Do not assume that stretch in one area means the whole garment stretches similarly.

Fit and materials

Review whether the item is described as fitted, regular, relaxed or oversized. Consider the material information and any stated stretch. We do not guarantee fit from height or weight alone. If you are between sizes or need a particular fit, identify the product and provide the measurements relevant to your question.

Trying on and alterations

Try garments on carefully before washing, wearing them for normal use or arranging alterations. Keep supplied tags and accessories where applicable while deciding whether to keep the item. Alterations can affect commercial return eligibility, but do not automatically remove applicable remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Care and storage

Follow the actual garment's care label. Do not assume every item can be machine washed, tumble dried, bleached, ironed at high heat or dry cleaned. Consider color, trims and material when washing and drying. Store garments appropriately and avoid methods not supported by the item's instructions.

Help and product concerns

If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty or does not match its description, contact us with the order number and a description, with photographs where useful. Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, postage and preserved legal rights.
